RETURNS

We will gladly accept your return within 14 days of the original purchase. All returns require an RMA# (return merchandise authorization) number. Returns without an RMA number may be delayed or returned to the sender Return items must be in original box and include all of the original accessories with no physical damage including packaging. Fees will be applied for missing items. If you are returning your item for a refund, a 25% restocking fee will apply and minus the shipping cost to ship the item to you. All returns will be professionally tested before refunds are given. Our warranty does not cover subwoofers if it has blown voice coils or if the speakers have been punctured. This is considered physical damage and is not covered by our warranty, or the manufactures warranty. Items returned that are physically abused or damaged will not be accepted. The return policy does not cover damage due to improper installation, if an item was physically altered by you. All International Sales are final, the return/exchange policy does not apply to International orders.
